O2 Infusion

Description

O2 infusion combines ofloxacin and ornidazole for rapid antimicrobial activity. It is useful in moderate to severe mixed infections with a broader spectrum and very low side effects.

Indications

• Diarrhoea and dysentery
• Pelvic inflammatory disease
• Post-surgical infections
• Intra-abdominal infections
• Dental, ENT, skin and soft tissue infections

Composition

Each 100 ml contains:

• Ofloxacin 200 mg
• Ornidazole 500 mg

Dosage

Twice daily for 3–5 days depending on severity.

Adverse Reactions

Nausea, vomiting, headache and metallic taste.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to ingredients and pregnancy.
