Civil law cases usually involve one individual who seeks compensation if harm has been caused to them. Civil law seeks to resolve conflict between individuals or organisations in a fair way.
Administrative Law:
Administrative Law establishes norms and processes of how the government should work and rules authorities have to follow in order to take decisions and carry out their responsibilities. This law ensures that those in authority work fairly, transparently and work to serve the interest of its citizens.
