Founded in 1991, United Docks Ltd (UDL) is listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius with a NAV of around MUR 2 billion. United Docks Ltd owns some 100,000 square metres of prime freehold land with seafrontage in Caudan and Trou Fanfaron. UDL also owns 30,000 square metres of warehousing and office space and has strategic investments in listed and unlisted companies in different sectors, which include manufacturing, agri-business, IT, retail, logistics, financial services, real estate and education.

- Management of investments, both local and overseas
- Renting of warehouses and offices.
