The council has three main responsibilities. The first is to oversee partnership conditions, integration of new partners, and assure transparency. The second role is to facilitate collaboration initiatives between partners and with external channels (Individuals, Organisations and Authorities). Third main responsibility is to address and resolve breaches between partners and the network partnerships.
They are external collaborators (i.e. individuals, organisations and authorities) of the network that are to bring value and/or contribution to the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Associates generally provide services, mentorship, or funding, while Connections generally are facilitators of processes or solve challenges through expertise.
To join, you first and foremost have to be a legal registered business (individual or as an entity). You can become registered as part of the membership process. The Council is composed of the founder of MYP company and senior Network Partners. Hereto, each sector is represented in the council. The council oversees the Network's effectiveness, monitors project progress, provides guidance, evaluates resource requests, arbitrates partner issues, and ensures ethical conduct in alignment with the MYP Network's interests and goals.
Council members are strategically represented by a minimum one Partner from each of the business sectors or areas within the Technology, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and Internet of Things (IoT) industry. The members are to follow a set of parameters set out in The Network Conditions before they are eligible for selection within their sector.
H. Kevin Koborg, as the founder of The MYP Company and part of the conceptualising The Network Partner, is a permanent member. Kevin Koborg makes digital assets available for opportunities for Network Partners, and provides mentorship, visionary leadership, setting the tone for excellence and innovation.
Associates and connections are external collaborators (individuals, organisations and authorities) to the network.

It provides a foundation for clear definitions, efficient dispute resolution, and a dynamic collaboration framework. In essence, partnerships within The Network Partners are formed through a combination of visionary leadership, exclusive membership, diverse representation, and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain. MYP has provided digital assets for e-commerce and media businesses for two youth entrepreneurs and supported the setup of business structure. Additional support with a development team for the digital development, office space, equipment and mentorship. Both businesses are active and categories as start-ups.
