Mr. Nathan, a veteran with 41+ years in recruitment, began his career at TATA PMC before joining Turner & Morrison in Mumbai, focusing on the Middle East. In 1982, he founded Falcon Services, which continues to be a preferred name in international recruitment. By 2002, he expanded with a dedicated unit for the Indian market. Over his career, he has partnered with leading organizations including FOSAM, BASF, Fosroc, GMR Group, Shell, Tecnimont, Techint and more.
Srinath holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and is an Associate Member of the CIPD (UK). With over 15 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition across diverse industries, he has successfully led executive search and recruitment projects for high-profile clients such as Shell, Tecnicas Reunidas, Petrofac, NPCC, Endress + Hauser, and Al Rashed Holdings. His core expertise lies in high-caliber professional search, strategic recruitment systems, assessment centersand L&D frameworks, making him a trusted partner in building organizational talent strategies.
With over 35 years of managerial experience in Trading and Manufacturing sectors, Vaidya has partnered with leading FMCG, Engineering, Building Materialsand Healthcare firms across the Middle East. Recognized for his strong negotiation skills and trusted client relationships, he has built a reputation as a reliable business partner. Based in Bengaluru, he now focuses on business development and client engagement in the South India region.
