METTLER TOLEDO weighing terminals deliver unequalled performance, flexibility and ease of use. From basic weighing needs to advanced integration with numerous scales, software, and accessories, METTLER TOLEDO vehicle scale terminals offer high-quality controls for your weighing operation.
Truck scales are designed to be exposed to harsh elements, including lightning. POWERCELL PDX load cells with StrikeShield technology can cut off communcation with terminals before lightning can damage them.
Without the right data-management software, profits could be slipping through the cracks. Hand written transactions and free programs are inaccurate and unsafe. Protect your business with DataBridge technology by METTLER TOLEDO. Data-management software can be easily integrated with your terminal selection.
Busy business, is good business. Keep your operation flowing smoothly day and night with unattended terminals. Weigh vehicles and capture information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without the need for a scale operator.
The IND246 terminal provides best-in-class flexibility, performance and operator interface for simple
weighing or for specific basic level applications, including checkweighing, inbound/outbound vehicle
weighing, peak weight measurement, animal weighing and counting.
The IND246 analog terminal is available in an NiMH battery-powered version, making it easy to position
where it is needed.
The POWERCELL® version offers digital performance for basic vehicle weighing, using up to 12 PDX® or
GDD™ load cells.
The terminals feature a large backlit graphic LCD display, an operator-friendly keypad layout with
function, alphanumeric and navigation keys, support for SD memory card, and application-specific print
templates. These characteristics make the IND246 series the most versatile general purpose transaction
weighing terminals available.
Designed for performance and versatility, the IND570 is the easy choice for integration in even the most challenging industrial weighing applications. The terminal's advanced capabilities and multiple connectivity options ensure reliable and accurate management of weighing applications, to satisfy industry's ever-increasing demand for measurement accuracy, reliability, efficiency and traceability.
The IND780 Drive is a powerful terminal capable of handling various types of vehicle weighing
applications without the use of a PC. Two separate scales can be controlled for inbound and outbound
vehicle transactions, with either permanent or temporary vehicle Tare records.
The IND780drive industrial terminal is a single- or multi-range, high-performance weighing terminal for
use with analog and/or METTLER TOLEDO® POWERCELL®/MTX® scale bases. The IND780drive may be used with one
or two platforms connected, allowing both platforms access to the same database.
The terminal has permanent and temporary memory locations for storing vehicle IDs and weights. These can
be recalled to complete a transaction and print a ticket. User-definable database tables enable
application and variable data to be stored permanently or temporarily and recalled on demand. Traffic
control logic is included using either lights triggered by weight or gates triggered by input from
embedded loops, together with vehicle positioning detection.
Use the built-in predictive maintenance and diagnostics features as a preventative strategy to predict
errors and plan scale maintenance, rather than react after a scale is already down.
The highly configurable IND9U weighing terminals allow you to weigh vehicles and capture information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without the need for a scale operator.
The IND9U is available in three major variants:
METTLER TOLEDO WIM systems provide accurate, robust solutions for high-volume, in-motion vehicle
weighing. Whether in a fixed weighing facility, in a stand-alone virtual weigh station, or in a data
collection installation, these systems provide a more efficient and cost-effective alternative to static
axle or full-platform scales.
The core elements of the METTLER TOLEDO WIM System are the dual staggered weighing sensors in the
roadway. As a vehicle crosses these sensors, at speeds of up to 80 mph, the vehicle's speed, axle
configuration and individual wheel, axle and gross weights, are measured. This WIM data can then be
provided to a local PC or remote system for reporting, further data analysis, or integration with
information from other peripheral devices.
Depending on the application, multiple weighing sensor technologies can be used, including
low-maintenance scale platforms with stainless steel load cells, or the Kistler Lineas® Quartz sensor,
for fast and minimally invasive installation.
