Orders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We prefer at least\u00a0<strong>7 days notice<\/strong>\u00a0for all custom orders, as we are often booked in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We can accommodate\u00a0<strong>last-minute orders<\/strong>\u00a0if we have availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any product ordered from a photo or inspiration image will be created as our\u00a0<strong>interpretation<\/strong>\u00a0of that design and will\u00a0<strong>not be an exact replica<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Payments &amp; Booking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your event date is considered booked and work begins only after full payment is received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work begins only after\u00a0<strong>full payment<\/strong>\u00a0is received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If payment is not made by the deadline,\u00a0<strong>The Cakes Nest reserves the right to cancel the order<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All orders must be\u00a0<strong>fully paid<\/strong>\u00a0before the product leaves the premises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Refunds &amp; Cancellations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We do not offer\u00a0<strong>refunds or exchanges<\/strong>\u00a0for custom orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation\u00a0<strong>21 days\u00a0<\/strong>before your event: refund minus supplies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Less than 7 days before event:<\/strong>\u00a0No refunds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds (if applicable) are issued within\u00a0<strong>30 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Unforeseen Circumstances<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If we must cancel due to\u00a0<strong>illness<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>unforeseen issues<\/strong>, your\u00a0<strong>deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Pickup &amp; Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once picked up or delivered, The Cakes Nest is\u00a0<strong>not responsible for any damage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cakes must be transported on a\u00a0<strong>flat, cool, stable surface<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If customer is\u00a0<strong>unavailable at delivery<\/strong>, order will be returned for customer pickup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please be\u00a0<strong>on time<\/strong>\u00a0for pickups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Safety, Allergens &amp; Internal Supports<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products are made in a kitchen that processes\u00a0<strong>wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers must\u00a0<strong>inform guests of allergens<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cakes may contain\u00a0<strong>dowels, toothpicks, or gum paste wires<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not\u00a0<strong>smash faces into cakes<\/strong>; we are\u00a0<strong>not responsible for accidents<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Photography &amp; Advertising<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Cakes Nest may use\u00a0<strong>photos or videos<\/strong>\u00a0of your order for\u00a0<strong>social media or marketing<\/strong>\u00a0unless requested otherwise\u00a0<strong>in writing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
