If Purple Lime offers a gift with a donation and there is a choice of gifts, please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Purple Lime may offer, from time-to-time, goods for purchase where a percentage of the goods purchased will help support Purple Lime\u2019s efforts. In such cases, goods that are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you, or don\u2019t do what they are supposed to do, you will be able to choose between a refund, exchange or credit. These goods will be clearly marked as such and will be considered purchased goods and will not be considered a donation or eligible for tax deduction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Purple Lime may offer, from time to time, tickets for fundraising events where a percentage of the event donation will help support Purple Lime\u2019s efforts. In such cases, when we receive your event donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts to meet our beneficiary\u2019s unmet needs. Because Purple Lime put all donations to work quickly, we do not offer refunds on any donations or any donations made for events. The ticket may be transferred to another designated attendee. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Refunds, exchanges or credit notes will not be offered on items that have been damaged or worn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
