Mr. Suhel Khatib is the Chairman of the Company. He is a chemical engineer, is an Industrialist, and has around 30 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He is one of the promoters of the Company and actively involved in the business operations of the Company. He also oversees the API business strategies.

Mr. Sahir Khatib is the Vice Chairman of the Company. He is a chemical engineer, MFM-Masters in Financial Management, CPA (U.S.A.). He is an Industrialist and has around 28 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He is one of the promoters of the Company and is actively involved in the business operations of the Company. He oversees the financial strategy & technical operations of the Company. He was a member of Advisory Board of bank of Bahrain & Kuwait, Mumbai (2000-2005). He is a trustee of Sinkhai Foundation trust. He is the head of CSR Committee of the Company and monitors CSR activities of the Company.

He was instrumental in acquiring assets of Zanza Laboratories (Holdings) Ltd, a UK based company.

Dr. Mir Asif Ali is an MBBS, a Practicing Doctor in Mumbai. He has around 35 years of experience in medical field. He is associated with the Company since 1999 as Director. He provides valuable support to the Company on training the field force, clinical trials, market study & feedback, medical check up of staff etc. He was Director of Sinkhai Synthetic & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd.
Mrs. Saba Mir Asif Ali is B.SC. and also done diploma in Management Studies from NMIM, Computer Programming & Management Applications and Graphic Design. She is an Industrialist and has around 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She is Woman Director on the Board of the Company. She is one of the promoters of the Company and actively involved in the business operations of the Company. She has experience of working in various departments ie. quality control, production, materials and artwork design etc in the Company.
Dr. Sucheta Mudgerikar – MBBS MD (Gen Medicine) DM (Neurology), Neurologist and Head- Department of Neurology, and DNB(Neurology) teacher at Apollo Hospitals International Ahmedabad for 21 years.
Posts Held : HOD Neurology at BJMC and Civil Hospital Ahmedabad and, HOD neurology ar Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi. Faculty Department of Neuology, Seth GS Medical college and KEM Hospital, Mumbai. Clinical experience of 36years in Neurology.
Mr. Aslam Sheikh is D.M.E., B.A., D.F.M., M.B.A., M Phil..
He was associated with GE (USA) for 40 years, marketing their Medical Equipment to Multispecialty and Corporate Hospitals. Currently he is also MD & CEO of Channels Medical Systems Pvt Ltd, Pune.
Mr. Devendra Bhagat is a Chartered Accountant. He has experience of more than 25years in the field of Internal Audit, Accounts and Finance. He is currently positioned as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
His last assignment was with SNB – a firm of the Chartered Accountants, for 12years and prior to that, he was asociated with Clariant India Ltd.
Mr. Ravindra Baliram More is CS, LLB(GEN), BCOM. He has more than 15 years experience in secretarial and legal field of Retail, Textile and Pharma Industries. He was previously associated with Welspun group for 11 years. He is currently positioned as Company Secretary and Sr.General Manager Legal of the Company.
He is trustee on the Urmodi Charitable Trust and on the Committee of Shivsahydri Sahakari Patpedi Ltd, Mumbai (having deposits of more than Rs. 500 crores).
