Charity for Clothing & Shelter

Just as the Hindu Vedas describe, we have a firm faith in “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” or ‘the world is one family’. Hence, we aim to help the socially deprived and those struggling to meet their ends with basic and essential amenities, such as improving the shelter homes or Ashrams and providing essential clothing.

We engage in the philanthropic activities by arranging drives of used clothing and requesting donations of re-usable clothing from the members of wider community for the benefit of vulnerable people. We also organised various fundraising activities at car boot sales and funfairs, and the funds raised by these activities were used for various charitable causes.

Our charity donated 500 cardigans to Ashrams for widowed and elderly Matas in Vrindavan, India to help tackle the freezing winters.

During the Covid pandemic, our network distributed sanitizer and PE kits, medicated soaps and face masks and umbrellas for policemen to survive in the extreme situation.
